The main components of the bag filter

Nowadays, the bag filter is a common dust removal equipment, and most manufacturers will use the bag filter. From the outside, the bag filter is mainly composed of the entire box and the outside. There is a fan on the box, a discharger and a ash discharge valve. The box is generally divided into three parts, the upper box, the middle box and the lower box. There will be access openings specially designed for maintenance on the box. 

The main accessories of the bag filter are the dust bag and the frame of the filter. The dust bag and the dust skeleton are the main structures of the internal structure of the bag filter. The skeleton of the dust collector supports the dust bag to filter the dust after entering the dust collector equipment. Thereby separating dust and smoke.

In the bag filter, the dust{{0}}laden airflow enters the cylindrical filter bag from the lower orifice plate. When passing through the pores of the filter material, the dust is trapped on the filter material, and the clean gas that penetrates the filter material is discharged from the discharge port. The dust deposited on the filter material can fall off the surface of the filter material under the action of mechanical vibration and fall into the ash hopper. Bag dust collectors have been widely used in various industrial sectors to capture non-bonded, non-fibrous industrial dust and volatiles, and capture dust particles up to 0.1 microns.
